As a Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM) Analyst, you'll play an integral role in the strategic planning and execution work required to provide our Navy clients with big-picture ideas rooted in technical and data-driven solutions that will help to propel them into the future and ensure military and maritime dominance.You will support the end-to-end BAM process for our clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all required documentation. You will collaborate with program managers, technical leads, product support managers and financial analysts to gather and synthesize data. You will develop findings for senior leadership, ensuring compliance with NAVSEA, OPNAV, and SECNAV standards and policies.You will help the U.S. Navy conduct critical analyses around sparing and provisioning. You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders around the world to work collaboratively to improve communication and workflow. The world can/'t wait.You Have3+ years of experience leading or contributing to the Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM) process for NAVSEA customersExperience with USN or NAVSEA data systems, including ERP, PBIS, and MBPSSecret clearanceBachelor/'s degree in an Engineering, Business, or Public Policy fieldNice If You Have5+ years of experience serving in or supporting the US Navy, including conducting product support manager functions in a USN program officeExperience with program management of major ACAT programsExperience with the PPBE cycleMaster/'s degreePMP, DAWIA PM, or LCL Level II or III CertificationClearanceApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is pensationSalary range and benefits: Booz Allen offers health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care.
