Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Location: Remote — Must be based in the Austin, TX area; in-office 1st week of every month (Central Austin HQ)Compensation: $325,000 — $375,000 Base Salary Bonus EquityAbout the CompanyOur client is a private equity–backed technology company delivering innovative SaaS solutions across North America. With rapid growth fueled by product innovation, market expansion, and strategic acquisitions, the company is seeking a proven finance leader to help scale operations and accelerate value creation.Position OverviewThe CFO will partner with the CEO and private equity sponsors to drive financial performance, execute growth initiatives, and support both organic expansion and M&A activity. This is a high-impact role for an execution-oriented leader with deep SaaS expertise and a track record of success in PE-backed environments.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO, board, and sponsors to shape financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term growth plans.Operational Finance: Lead accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and SaaS metric tracking (ARR, CAC, churn, LTV, etc.).Private Equity Partnership: Deliver timely reporting, KPI dashboards, and insights for sponsors and board meetings.Performance Optimization: Drive EBITDA growth, cash flow improvements, and visibility into unit economics.Forecasting & Budgeting: Oversee annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling.M&A Execution: Lead financial due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration for acquisitions.Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting pliance & Controls: Ensure audit readiness, GAAP/ASC 606 compliance, and strong internal controls.QualificationsBachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.15 years of progressive finance experience, including 5 years in a CFO or senior leadership role within a PE-backed technology/SaaS company.Proven success scaling high-growth SaaS businesses and partnering with PE sponsors.Expertise with ERP/reporting systems and SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC).Demonstrated ability to drive growth, margin improvement, and enterprise pensation & Benefits$325,000 — $375,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus and prehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k).Opportunity to lead finance for a rapidly growing, PE-backed SaaS platform. #J-18808-Ljbffr
