Join to apply for the Vice President of Finance role at Presbyterian LivingPay: $189,000 to $283,000 Annual Salary (Based on years of experience)Amazing Benefits You'll LoveComprehensive Health Insurance: Medical, Dental & Vision PlansPaid Time Off (PTO): With rollover and sellback optionsRetirement Savings: 403(b) with employer matchDisability Coverage: Long-term and short-term plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP): Confidential support servicesContinuing Education Support: Tuition reimbursement and scholarship programsLife Insurance: Multiple coverage options to protect loved onesCommuter Benefits: public transportation and mileage reimbursementPet Insurance: Coverage for pet’s health and wellbeingChaplain Counseling: Onsite 24/7 availability for spiritual and emotional supportWellness & Lifestyle PerksWellhub: Gym benefit for fitness and healthOnsite Fitness Centers: Convenient access to gym facilitiesEmployee Engagement: Organize events to build communityFinancial Counseling: Professional advice for financial wellbeingMentorship Program: Guidance and career developmentWhat You’ll Be DoingFinancial Reporting & AnalysisPrepares monthly Financial Statements, executive summary, and supporting schedules.Provides monthly organizational financial reporting related to operational and financial performance compared to budget.Prepares financial analyses, studies, and projections (or assigns and oversees staff to do this) to support business plans for new programs.Budgeting & Strategic PlanningManages the preparation and development of the Annual Budget.Prepares supporting analyses and schedules aligned with the organization’s Strategic and Annual Operating Plans.Ensures the budget can be efficiently approved.Audit & ComplianceCoordinates the annual audit with auditors.Supervises preparation of audit schedules and various tax schedules.Develops and implements financial systems, policies, and procedures to ensure fiduciary and regulatory compliance.Establishes internal control policies and procedures and ensures stitutes and oversees a program of staff education to ensure financial policies and procedures are appropriately interpreted and administered.Departmental Leadership & Staff OversightOversees management of Accounting and Billing Department staff, including professional development, performance reviews, scheduling, and staffing.Establishes departmental policies, practices, and procedures that impact the organization’s long-term success.Revenue Cycle & Billing OversightProvides strategic and operational oversight of corporate billing, collections, and accounts receivable functions.Ensures accurate and timely revenue recognition.Partners with the Billing Manager to ensure system accuracy, internal controls, and regulatory billing compliance.Cash & Treasury ManagementLeads the organization’s cash and treasury management functions.Oversees cash flow, banking relationships, account structures, and intercompany fund movements.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s Degree required.Master’s Degree in Accounting and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.10 to 15 years of managerial general accounting experience.Senior Living experience preferredSubstantial supervisory experience required.Thorough knowledge of general accounting principles, budgeting techniques, tax, and financial reporting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with Board of Trustee committees and senior leadership.Why Join Our Team?At Presbyterian Living, we don’t just offer jobs — we offer careers with heart.
