Senior Program Analyst (Warfighter Integration)

OverviewSenior Program Analyst (Warfighter Integration) – you will support customer interests with warfighters and COCOM stakeholders. As the lead support contractor for the organization, the individual facilitates planning and knowledge sharing of capabilities and requirements to inform acquisitions for current and future programs.ResponsibilitiesProvide coordination, execution, management, risk factor identification and mitigation for exercises, demonstrations, and experiments on behalf of the organization.Support planning and execution of Combatant Command (COCOM)-level exercises.Provide expertise in portfolio weapon systems, operations, and exercise/experiment coordination and facilitation.Assist in the development of exercise tasks including concept development, scenario development, main exercise objectives, overall execution management, and after-action review.Advise and assist operational and strategic planners in developing current and future contingency plans based on portfolio programs.Provide advice, recommendations, and briefings to staff principals, agency chiefs, and external organizations on OPLAN or exercise design activities.Coordinate with HQ and other commands to develop and manage COCOM, MAJCOMS, and supported staffs.Facilitate coordination and understanding of COCOM/MAJCOM requirements to inform portfolio programs.Participate in working groups, design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and user summits resulting in the definition of requirements and CONOPS.Serve as subject matter expert for represented portfolio programs in respective exercises.Required Experience15+ years of experience in tactics, operations, and advanced programs.Working knowledge of exercise policies, practices, and procedures, plus experience with exercise interpretation/analysis and translation into operational recommendations.Familiarity with the customer portfolio and capabilities.Ability to organize, conduct, and lead meetings, conferences, and briefings in support of customer objectives.Expertise to effectively liaison with national-level agencies, DoD Services, Combatant Commands, and intelligence agencies.Strong analytic skills and ability to operate in a multi-tasking environment.Strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to provide briefings to program office staff about ongoing theater planning efforts, operations, and pertinent exercises to inform current and future capabilities.Ability to work in a multitasking, quick-paced, dynamic environment.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree required.
