OverviewJoin to apply for the Vice President of Leasing role at V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc.V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Vice President of Leasing for our premier client in Austin, TX.Education and ExperienceMinimum 7 years of relevant experience in the national residential real estate industry. Single Family Rental experience a plus but not required.Minimum of 3 years of management and supervisory experience with a track record of building a successful team.Demonstrated track record of marketing and leasing nation-wide residential units successfully.Experience with Yardi Voyager/RentCafe highly preferred but not required.Prior experience with SEM, SEO, and social media marketing campaigns.Experience tracking and analyzing regional pricing trends.Knowledge of national Housing Assistance Programs (Section 8) is a plus.A good command of Microsoft Excel is a must, advanced knowledge is a plus.Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task.Self-starter who is willing “do what it takes” to hit goals and meet deadlines.Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and can comfortably interact with an array of personalities.Must have the ability to develop a broad array of relationships among vendors, brokers, and senior management.Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments, and simultaneously coordinate multiple tasks.Able to apply common sense, demonstrates logical and systematic thinking skills, and be adaptable to change and take ownership.What You’ll DoJob Responsibilities:Create region-specific leasing strategies, including SEM, SEO and social media campaigns, and developing local broker networks as needed.Lead Leasing team in conducting quality conversations with prospective residents in all interactions, whether over the phone, text or email to increase lead conversionImplement new, and enhance existing, processes and procedures to help further scale the business and improve leasing and renewal rates.Develop resident retention practices and strategies.Manage all Leasing activities to maximize lead to lease conversion rate.Track and analyze market-specific and competitor pricing trends to determine appropriate rental pricing for each municate regularly with the Company’s third-party vendors to ensure quality of services are meeting expectations and are aligned with Company strategy.Promote a positive work environment through training and mentorship of direct reports in order to develop teams and achieve performance goals.Assist in developing applicant/resident friendly layout and content for Company website.Maintain Service Level Agreements through effectively managing call performance and lead management efforts to maximize revenue growth (specific metrics may be adjusted based on portfolio performance).Maintain and ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Company’s senior management and ownership groups.Work with acquisitions and construction team to ensure property meets neighborhood standards in order to maximize rental income for each individual terested?Qualified candidates should send their resumes to -Soft Consulting Group is recognized among the top 100 fastest growing staffing companies in North America, V-Soft Consulting Group is headquartered in Louisville, KY with strategic locations in India, Canada and the U.S. V-Soft is known as an agile, innovative technology services company holding several awards and distinctions and has a wide variety of partnerships across diverse technology stacks.As a valued V-Soft Consultant, you’re eligible for full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), a 401(k) plan, competitive compensation and more.
