Base pay range$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yrAdditional compensation typesAnnual BonusOverviewA leading company for over two decades and still rapidly expanding nationally in the Warehouse Solutions space is seeking a Director of Finance to join its leadership team. With offices across multiple states, the company is continuing its strong growth and is looking for a financial leader to oversee operations and support strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on executive role responsible for directing all financial operations, managing accounting staff, ensuring compliance, and providing insight to guide the business forward. The position reports directly to the COO.Key ResponsibilitiesLead accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and financial reporting across multiple entities.Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, and provide insights to leadership for strategic decisions.Implement internal controls, ensure GAAP compliance, coordinate audits and insurance requirements, and manage relationships with CPA, banks, and insurance partners.Oversee sales tax reporting for multiple states and manage construction-related financial processes including inventory, SOVs, milestone billings, revenue recognition, and lien waivers.QualificationsStrong communicator and problem solver with a track record of successful collaboration.Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required; CPA, CMA or MBA preferred5+ years of financial management and accounting experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP, state and federal regulations as well as Proficiency with accounting systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)ERP experience, with QuickBooks or NetSuite preferred; prior ERP implementation experience a plusSalary range: $150,000 – $170,000 annually, commensurate with experience401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance coveragePTOSeniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and Accounting/AuditingIndustriesWarehousing and Storage, Manufacturing, and Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
