OverviewThe achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek have the following characteristics and skills.What You will Do:The Order Management Support role is responsible for assisting project managers in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. This role involves coordinating project activities and assisting with schedule reports. The ideal candidate will have strong computer (MS Office, SAP), communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Assist project managers with ensuring that project milestone templates are stored in the project files and obtain pre-release dashboard material information from Charlotte and provide to Steam Turbine Unit (SU) Project Managers Assist SU OM project managers in tracking milestones and activities and create reports. Documentation and Reporting Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members and stored in the appropriate project folders. Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports for stakeholders as needed Communication Communicate any issues/concerns to project managers. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing meeting materials. Respond to project-related inquiries and provide information as needed. Quality Assurance Assist in providing QN reports. Order Management Maintenance of RIK and MODs Sales Documents Create shipping BOMs Monitor and report part status for parts consumed with Factory scope and parts being delivered close with the project Coordinate purchase status Generate part status reports and send to SU OM project managers What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or engineering discipline or manufacturing equivalent with 1+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing related field Advanced use of SAP OPP and PD2 transactions and reports History of working well with others in a collaborative environment. Ability to quickly identify, prioritize and complete complicated tasks in support of forced outages Ability to think/act “outside-the-box” to obtain information and quickly communicate to all relevant parties Excellent mediation skills Excellent documentation skills Cradle to grave mentality Advanced use of Excel spreadsheets Ability to locate and troubleshoot Excel Multi-line template errors Pay Range$65K – $75KCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.Work RequirementsThis role is considered an on-site position located in Charlotte, North Carolina You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
