OverviewDirector of Client Retention & Engagement at Sodexo. Lead strategic efforts to retain and grow our Campus client portfolio by developing winning business solutions, building strong relationships, and driving financial performance. Analyze client needs, craft compelling proposals, and collaborate across teams to deliver value and innovation. Requires deep financial acumen, CRM expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Travel frequently (60%+). Employee will reside near a major airport in the territory: TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, MO, KS, NE, IA, IL, IN, MI, WI and MN.What You'll DoManage a multi-year portfolio and develop retention strategiesInfluence cross-functional teams without formal authorityBuild and present winning proposals that drive client retentionTravel extensively to engage with clients, students, and leadershipLead retention presentations and assist in contract developmentConduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to shape business solutionsResearch market trends and competitor strategiesEnsure CRM data quality and reporting complianceWhat We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by education level or years of relevant experience.
