Leasing and Marketing Director - The Juniper (Highrise Lease-Up)We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Leasing and Marketing Director to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all leasing activities, marketing efforts, social media postings, resident events, and maintain positive resident relations. You will collaborate closely with the property management team to develop effective leasing strategies and ensure the success of our community.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInterview prospective residents, record their needs and qualificationsGuide prospects through model or vacant apartments, discuss features and lease termsFollow up consistently with prospectsProcess applications in line with policies and proceduresCreate marketing materials, present to clients, and communicate with internal teamsMentor Leasing ConsultantsSchedule move-ins and complete lease paperworkInspect units prior to move-in to ensure readinessFollow up with new residents post-move-inInspect premises and coordinate maintenancePlan and coordinate resident eventsHandle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficientlyManage marketing activities, including surveys, outreach, and social mediaDevelop innovative marketing strategies and campaignsManage time effectivelyAssist with resident noticesWork weekends as scheduledAdhere to company policies including safety and Fair HousingPerform other duties as assignedWork HoursThis position is scheduled for 40 hours weekly. Typical hours are 9:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm Saturday, and 1:00pm-5:00pm Sunday. Weekend work may be required. Must be able to perform essential functions independently.QualificationsMust be able to perform all duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations will be made for disabilities.Education and ExperienceSales, marketing, internet, and customer service experience required. High school diploma or GED required.Language AbilityEffective reading, writing, and communication skills. Ability to explain apartment features and handle legal documents.Math SkillsAbility to perform basic arithmetic, percentages, and financial calculations.Reasoning SkillsAbility to generate leads, conduct presentations, qualify prospects, and close sales. Apply common sense to instructions and puter SkillsProficiency in word processing, property management software (preferably Yardi), spreadsheets, and internet marketing tools.Certificates and LicensesIndustry certifications are appreciated. Valid driver’s license required.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNo supervisory responsibilities.Work Environment and Physical DemandsThe role involves physical activities like walking, climbing, and operating carts.
