We empower businesses—and their customers—to achieve more through innovation, automation, and intelligent insights.The Role: Marketing Operations Senior ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Senior Manager to join our newly formed marketing analytics and insights team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations. This foundational role will be instrumental in building and executing the operational infrastructure that powers our marketing growth and performance measurement. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing operations, campaign management, and process optimization while supporting the VP in building scalable systems and frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to shape marketing operations from the ground up in a fast-growing organization.This is a remote position for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the United States.Core ResponsibilitiesCampaign Operations & ExecutionDesign, implement, and manage end-to-end campaign workflows across all marketing channels (email, digital advertising, events, content syndication)Execute lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing programsManage campaign setup, testing, deployment, and performance tracking across marketing automation platformsCoordinate campaign calendars and ensure proper attribution and tracking implementationMarketing Technology ManagementServe as hands-on administrator for key marketing technology platforms (Pardot/Marketo/HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics tools)Maintain data integrity across marketing systems and troubleshoot technical issuesImplement and manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation strategiesSupport evaluation and implementation of new marketing technologies and integrationsData Management & Quality AssuranceEnsure data accuracy and consistency across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platformsImplement data hygiene processes, including deduplication, standardization, and enrichmentManage database segmentation and list management for targeted campaignsCreate and maintain data documentation and standard operating proceduresProcess Development & OptimizationDevelop and document standardized marketing operations processes and workflowsIdentify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement solutionsCreate and maintain campaign request workflows and project management processesEstablish quality control checkpoints and approval processes for campaign deploymentPerformance Tracking & ReportingBuild and maintain campaign performance reports and dashboards for marketing leadershipTrack and analyze key marketing metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROISupport monthly business reviews with data preparation and analysisCollaborate with the analytics team on attribution modeling and advanced measurement initiativesPartner Marketing & MDF ManagementWork with partner marketing to track, measure, and report on ROI of MDF investments across events and campaignsCreate and maintain partner dashboards for MDF utilization and performance metricsDevelop standardized reporting templates and deliver monthly and quarterly MDF performance reports to partnersCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales Operations to optimize lead handoff and follow-upCollaborate with partner marketing, demand generation, content, and field marketing teams to execute campaignsCoordinate with IT and data teams on system integrations and data flow optimizationSupport executive reporting with partner performance data and insightsKey Success MetricsCampaign deployment accuracy and on-time delivery (95%+)Lead processing efficiency and data quality maintenanceMarketing automation program performance and engagement ratesSystem uptime and data integrity across the stackProcess improvement implementation and team efficiency gainsPartner MDF ROI reporting accuracy and timely deliveryQualifications10+ years of marketing operations experience, preferably in B2B technology with partner marketingHands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce)Proven track record managing complex, multi-channel campaigns and partner-funded activitiesExperience with marketing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel) and dashboardsStrong project management skills with experience managing multiple initiatives and stakeholder reportingTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in marketing automation and CRM administrationStrong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting experienceWorking knowledge of HTML, basic SQL, and API integrationsExperience with attribution and lead routing methodologiesFamiliarity with digital advertising platforms and tracking implementationCore CompetenciesAttention to detail and a process-oriented mindsetStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teamsAbility to work independently while supporting broader team objectivesAdaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldExperience building marketing operations functions in high-growth environmentsKnowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)Certification in relevant marketing technology platformsExperience with ABM tools and strategiesGrowth OpportunitiesThis role offers significant growth potential within our expanding marketing analytics organization.
