It’s a collaborative environment that emphasizes culture, creativity, and impact.This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.What you’ll doResponsible for art direction and design across a variety of tacticsConvey scientific information into compelling and memorable message campaignsChampion creative thinking for campaigns and initiatives that advance creative strategy and brand personalityCollaborate with Account and Strategy teams at all pointsIndependently lead multiple projects, sometimes for different brands/industriesPresent work to clients and internal team members with clarity and confidenceReview and provide employee performance feedbackBuild working relationships between the business and clientsWork closely with art/design, tech, editorial, and project management departments to meet deadlines and budgetsAssign creative teams best suited for each project based on ability and workloadIdentify and interview prospective creative candidatesThis position is a good fit if youOur company values—Best Together, Impact-Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always—and Accountability with an “I” speak to you.
