This hybrid role can be based in any US office (New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco) or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.What you’ll doUnderstand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audienceCooperate with the creative team across different mediaTake work from concept to final execution within deadlinesDevelop a range of creative executions and collaborate with a copy partner to ensure words and image support the conceptPerform basic layout in sketch and/or digital formats aligned with copy tone and styleQualifications & fit1-2 years of experience, preferably in advertising or related fieldProficiency with word processing programsExcellent oral communication and presentation skillsKnowledge, background and/or interest in science and medicineWhat you should haveAdaptable, resilient, and able to adjust scope and responsibilities as we growProactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization and data-focused mindsetHighly organized self-starter who can work independently and meet tight deadlinesPay and benefitsPay Range: $70,000–$80,000. Compensation is determined based on job-related factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location.
