OverviewCasarovea USA Inc. has retained Mesh Srl to identify a motivated and results-driven Head of Sales to strengthen and expand the company’s presence in the U.S. Casarovea USA Inc. is the US subsidiary of Parotex S.r.l., an Italian family-owned textile company founded in 1976 in Busto Arsizio, Varese - Italy. Casarovea designs and manufactures luxury linens for the finest luxury hotel groups and independent properties, focusing on creativity, innovation and quality to create true ‘tailor-made’ products. The brand offers bath linen, bathrobes, customized bed linen sets and elegant table linen for luxury hotels, serving hotel partners, cruise lines, restaurants and spas worldwide. Casarovea aims to enhance the guest experience in the luxury hospitality market. Role: Head of Sales – Hospitality – Luxury TextileResponsibilitiesDevelop, direct, coordinate, and implement a dynamic sales strategy aligned with the company’s objectives across existing and emerging product categories.Oversee sales representatives, agents, and staff.Advise staff, sales, dealers and distributors on policies and procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of the business.Collaborate closely with Casarovea’s leadership team to drive business success.Identify and exploit market opportunities in the luxury hospitality sector.Structure, recruit and grow a high-performing sales organization, evolving the team structure as the company grows.Promote a performance-oriented, collaborative, and accountable culture with clear KPIs and personal development paths.Lead all aspects of sales-related financial performance, budgeting, and medium-term planning.Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, global hotel groups, purchasing networks and designers.Promote a customer-oriented mindset, emphasizing long-term relationships, high-quality service and value creation.Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team, focusing on consultative selling, client development and brand alignment.Identify new market opportunities, including emerging trends in the hospitality industry.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility.Ensure CRM adoption, pipeline accuracy, and sales forecasting excellence.Qualifications10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales manager role within luxury hospitality.Proven track record of revenue growth and margin improvement.Strong budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.Experience leading sales organizations through periods of transformation.Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and the ability to leverage existing contacts and relationships.Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Support a corporate culture based on respect, collaboration, and teamwork.Proficiency in English and Italian (verbal and written); English fluency is required, Italian proficiency is a plus.Proficiency with technology, computers, and industry software.Bachelor’s degree or higher.US citizenship or other work-eligible immigration status.Values and StyleIndependence, achievement, initiative, integrity, adaptability/flexibility, dependability, leadership.LocationBased in Manhattan office, New York, pensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonus prehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Executive-level vacation package.How to Learn MorePlease submit your resume and a cover letter detailing why you are the perfect candidate for this role and what you will bring to the team.
