It is built to connect, empower, and be owned by everyone. About The Team The Market Operations team oversees the launch strategy and deployment of World operations across all markets. This group drives user adoption by managing partnerships, business development, and or distribution on the ground. This role sits at the intersection of Sales and Go-to-Market execution in the United States and collaborates closely with cross functional teams, to ensure global and local alignment and operational excellence. About The Role We are looking for an entrepreneurial, execution-focused Sales Lead to drive the growth of our commercial efforts in the United States. You’ll spend much of your time in the field, going door-to-door to retail stores, cafés, and restaurants, building partnerships that bring World hardware devices and offers to everyday consumers. This person will play a key role in our go-to-market initiatives — Orbs for All (merchant-hosted Orb deployments) and World ID Rewards (merchant-sponsored offers and loyalty campaigns). You’ll be directly responsible for hitting merchant acquisition targets and partnering cross-functionally with Product, Device, Logistics and the broader Market Ops org to implement at speed while ensuring compliance and consistency.
