IHFM recently achieved FDA approval for the Cordella PA Sensor and is commercializing this transformative heart failure management system.How you will make an impact: You will play a pioneering role in driving adoption and growth, establishing IHFM's presence in Northern California within the healthcare community, and forging strong relationships with Heart Failure clinicians and key stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the commercial success of our transformative technology.ResponsibilitiesTerritory management and customer engagementStrategic collaboration and market penetrationClinical support, training, and account managementProfessional development and representationWhat you'll need (Required):Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's/MBA preferredAt least 5 years of progressive sales experience in the medical device industryExperience in cardiac or interventional cardiology with demonstrated experience in cardiac/cath lab casesWhat else we look for (Preferred):Full knowledge of the strengths and limitations of assigned BU products and competitor productsDeeper understanding of the medical devices industry and selling environment in the assigned territoryFamiliarity with account structures and developments in the territoryUnderstanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology relevant to EW medical productsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail; effective listening and communication with customersAbility to understand customer needs, provide feedback, and influence perceptions of product valueCreativity and influencing skills to support buying decisions with tact and diplomacyCompliance with all company requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, EH&S) and commitment to safetyAligning our business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a range of benefits to address diverse pensation: The base pay range for this position is $128,000 to $150,000 (highly experienced). Final pay is determined by qualifications, education, and prior experience.
