How Ya Doing? is partnered with this client and is facilitating recruitment. Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yrOur client’s AI-powered platform accelerates sales outreach, helps users have more conversations, personalize outreach faster, and book more meetings. The technology focuses on speed and efficiency to drive revenue by eliminating wasted time on bad data and slow workflows.ResponsibilitiesDrive Revenue from Start to Finish: Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating your own leads to closing new business and winning deals.Target High-Growth Tech Companies: Focus on a high-velocity sales motion, selling to sales teams within fast-growing SaaS companies.Close Meaningful Deals: Consistently close deals with fast-moving buyers, meeting or exceeding targets.Proactively Build Your Pipeline: Use top-tier sales tools, including the client’s platform, to prospect daily and build a robust pipeline.Accelerate the Sales Cycle: Quickly qualify prospects, build urgency, and execute efficient discovery and demo loops.Work Directly with Leadership: Collaborate with the Founder to sharpen the sales pitch and help scale sales strategies.Shape the Future: Play a key role in refining the sales playbook as the company grows internationally.What We Are Looking ForProven Closer: Closing experience in fast-paced SaaS with a track record of meeting quota and closing deals on a short sales cycle.Outbound Obsessed: Mastery of outbound sales, with a relentless approach to generate your own pipeline.Self-Starter: History of sourcing and closing new logos from scratch and owning your pipeline.Sharp & Strategic: High activity and urgency, strong qualification instincts to move the right deals forward.Clear Communicator: Persuasive communicator able to sell to founders, RevOps leaders, and sales executives.Driven by Action: Intensity, discipline, and bias for action every day.Ready to Apply?Submit your CV or connect with the team for a confidential conversation.Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and InclusionWe believe diverse teams are the most innovative and successful.
