OverviewJobID: 51425Title: Senior Manager, Learning Strategy & Instructional DesignCompensation: $170,000-210,000 base salary + 10% BonusLocation: 100% RemoteSummary: We are seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Manager of Learning Strategy & Instructional Design to lead the creation of impactful AI learning experiences. In this role, you will design and oversee curricula, competency frameworks, and assessments that prepare organizations for AI transformation. You will translate complex AI strategies into scalable, engaging training programs that drive behavior change, enhance adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
