Responsibilities Recruit, hire, supervise, and evaluate the Manufacturing Engineer team Function as the voice of Operations in New Product Introduction projects Own Internal and External Quality improvement and reporting The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related degree A minimum of 5 years’ experience performing bioanalytical instrumentation and consumables manufacturing, as well as manufacturing transfer and new product introduction (NPI) in a Manufacturing Product Engineering role Five years of experience performing Lean Manufacturing Methods & Tools; process efficiency & yield improvements Five years of experience performing Product & Supplier Quality improvements Five years of experience with mechanical modeling with SolidWorks Software Physical/Environment Requirements Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 25 lb, and other physical requirements Preferred qualifications Performing Six Sigma Improvement Methodologies & Design for Six Sigma Tools Tooling Design Instrument Automation Remote Work and Benefits Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive benefit programs that add value to our lives. The position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. Additional information about this remote work arrangement will be provided by your interview team. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 USD, and the role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. This range may be modified in the future.
