If you are an experienced SRE who is passionate about building platform software that delivers capabilities to directly improve the lives of the warfighter, this is the job for you.We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our rapidly growing team in Seattle. SREs work with external stakeholders to determine the technical direction of cloud deployments and deliver with speed through analysis, design and code. They are comfortable leading large, focused projects. They lead in the development of Kubernetes cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD and improving the developer experience. You will be managing cloud deployments in AWS, Azure and on premise. This role emphasizes the continuous innovation in improving our cloud computing environments.WHAT YOU’LL DOArchitect, deploy and maintain infrastructure with AWS services and Kubernetes (EKS)Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to define and execute on internal and external deploymentsPromote SRE best practices in system resilience, performance monitoring and high availabilityDesign, develop, and deliver solutions using infrastructure as code with tools like Terraform and PythonDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deploymentsBuild strong relationships with internal and external customers to identify technical solutions to their problemsImprove Anduril’s operational capabilities by improving our core product offering through root cause analysis and creating tooling capable of managing large scale deploymentsLead the organization in building scalable, sustainable mechanisms to continue delivering to customers at the pace the business is scalingREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of engineering experienceComputer Science degree or equivalentTechnical expertise and demonstrated performance in one or more of the following areas: networking, cloud technologies, application development and/or cybersecurityDeep knowledge of the Kubernetes ecosystem (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Terraform)Experience with AWS services (EKS, S3, Load Balancing, Route53, VPCs)Experience in software languages such as Go, Python, Rust, or C++Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilitiesEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with managing Kubernetes clusters of hundreds of nodesKnowledge of performance improvement techniques, metrics and alertingExperience with KubeVirt, qemu, virtualization and hypervisor technologiesExperience with low-level frameworks, Linux and databasesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesDefense and Space ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Anduril Industries by 2xGet notified about new Site Reliability Engineer jobs in Seattle, WA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
