With dual headquarters in Seoul, South Korea (Global Executive HQ) and Thalheim, Germany (Technology & Innovation HQ), Qcells operates under the umbrella of Hanwha Group, a FORTUNE Global 500 company and one of the top 8 business conglomerates in South Korea.SummaryThe Vice President of Digital Innovation will report directly to the EVP of the Process Innovation Office (PIO) and will serve as the chief architect of Qcells USA Corp’s end-to-end digital transformation across EPC operations. This role is responsible for designing and executing the enterprise digital strategy, overseeing core EPC platforms (Salesforce, Procore, HeavyBid, HeavyJob, SAP, P6), and building a high-performance organization that scales with growth. With full accountability over digital investments, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional system alignment, this position will be a key member of the operational leadership team, setting a long-term vision for digital excellence and leading its execution across the lifecycle of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. This position reports to the Head of Process Innovation Office, or another management personnel that the CEO may designate. This position is located in Houston, TX and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 30%.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
