Whether you prefer working remotely, in a hybrid setup, or at our San Diego office, we provide the flexibility and support you need to pensation $145,000+ based on experienceResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in probate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and estate-related conflicts.Represent clients in civil litigation matters.Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery requests.Provide guidance to clients on their rights, options, and strategies for resolving disputes.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to effectively manage caseloads and meet client needs.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in California.4+ years of experience in civil and/or probate litigation.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Demonstrated ability to advocate effectively in court and during negotiations.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.About CompanyWeiner Law is a growing trust, probate, and litigation firm.
