Overview EY's Analytics and Data team is seeking a Master Data Management Manager focusing on helping our clients define and drive data management strategy and technology implementation. This role requires defining a master data management design and delivering systems, with the ability to guide clients through the adoption and implementation of advanced technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop solutions to complex problems, including functional and technical design of master data management software for key data domains such as customer, vendor, finance, and materials. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Manage project status and deliverable completion while ensuring effective risk management. Guide clients in defining a data governance strategy including data quality, data catalog, master data management, analytics use cases, data readiness for AI/ML, and systems alignment to leading ERP and CRM applications. Implement data quality tools and processes to maintain data standards across the infrastructure. Engage in requirement gathering, interpret BRDs, and collaborate with system analysts to develop source-to-target mappings. Participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of data management solutions using Informatica and related tools, aligning with business objectives and promoting data governance and integration. Conduct thorough data examinations prior to migration and generate technical specifications in alignment with BRDs. Lead multiple engagements simultaneously to deliver high-quality services and client satisfaction. Architecting, pipeline building, responding to RFPs, creating new solutions and offerings, conducting workshops, and managing in-flight projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Advanced Data Analytics, or a related technical field. Typically, at least 6 years of relevant developer and architect experience in master data management software. Experience with SAP MDG and/or Informatica MDM; knowledge of data governance principles. Experience leading delivery teams in data governance, data management, and related system implementations. Working knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS and Azure). Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to drive business outcomes. ERP implementation experience including full SAP implementation with SAP MDG as a component. What We Offer Base pay range: $125,500.00/yr – $230,200.00/yr; higher compensation details may vary by location.
