Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.The WorkLead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).Configure payroll schemas, rules, and wage types to align with client requirements.Act as subject matter expert (SME) for payroll processes, compliance, and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., time management, finance, benefits).Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical payroll solutions.Troubleshoot payroll issues, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple geographies.Conduct system testing, parallel payroll runs, and data validation to ensure accuracy and compliance.Provide expert-level guidance on payroll best practices, statutory compliance, and system optimization.Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer within the team.Stay current with SAP payroll innovations, legal regulations, and market trends.Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.What You NeedMinimum of 12 years of SAP Payroll/HCM experienceMinimum of 8 years SuccessFactors experience, including hands on with SuccessFactors Payroll, Employee Central and TalentExperience with at least 3 Employee Central implementations/projectsPrior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role as a LeadBachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experienceBonus points if:You have a certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.You have experience with multi-country payroll rollouts and global compliance requirements.You have familiarity with SAP CPI or other middleware tools for payroll integrations.You have prior consulting experience with a global SAP implementation partner.You have the ability to lead workshops, present solutions, and manage client expectations effectivelyCompensationCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
