Job Description: Trial AttorneySeeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join a prestigious Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm in the Galleria area. Candidates should have 5+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience, with trial experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.The firm maintains a friendly team approach and handles a demanding caseload. Successful candidates will possess strong legal writing and research skills, and be well-versed in all facets of litigation, including Texas Procedure, discovery, depositions, motions, negotiations, court hearings, mediations, and trials. The attorney will manage paralegals and support staff, requiring excellent case management, leadership, attention to detail, and client service pensation is competitive, based on experience, with a bonus element related to case resolutions.
