This leader will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy during a period of growth and transformation.The RoleThe CHRO will lead all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, organizational development, succession planning, executive and broad-based compensation, employee engagement, training, and compliance.
