In this strategic role, you will drive end-to-end consulting engagements—from problem definition and business process analysis to solution architecture, development, and deployment—within a global delivery framework.Base pay range$121,402.00/yr - $167,600.00/yrResponsibilitiesDigital Transformation Leadership:Spearhead data-driven transformation programs that align with client business goals and industry trends.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding architecture and design decisions with deep domain expertise.Consulting & Solutioning:Anchor consulting engagements by identifying business challenges and crafting innovative, scalable analytics and AI solutions.Lead the design and implementation of advanced data platforms, machine learning models, and intelligent automation frameworks.Client Engagement & Business Development:Drive business growth by supporting pursuit initiatives, crafting compelling proposals, and presenting value-driven solutions.Build and nurture long-term client relationships through strategic insights and delivery excellence.Collaborative Culture:Thrive in a culture that values continuous learning, innovation, and diversity.Collaborate with global teams to deliver excellence and foster a high-performance environment.Required QualificationsCandidate must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 11 years of Information Technology experienceAt least 7 years of experience in Data, Analytics and AI preferably in the Financial Services and Capital Markets domainShould have experience in running RFPs and Data and Analytics Presales activities.Experience in handling account management for an account of size > 5 MN per annum and working along with Sales team in Medium/Large deals (Min Size > 5 MN Annuity, Size > 2.0 MN Dev/transformation)Managed client relationships at Director/GM level in customer organizationsAble to lead the team at customer location and manage large teams in a global delivery modelAble to understand the architecture on any Cloud Data Platform / Hyperscaler and identify potential opportunities for improvement.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
