Deputy General Counsel, Litigation

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive legal strategy for complex litigation and investigations across all global operations of EnovixOversee and manage a team of legal professionals to ensure timely and effective handling of all legal mattersCollaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, regulatory, and external counsel to ensure alignment and consistency in legal approachProvide legal guidance and support to senior leadership on potential risks and litigation impacts on business operationsStay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to inform legal strategies and ensure complianceDevelop and maintain relationships with external legal partners and monitor their performance to ensure high-quality and cost-effective servicesManage and allocate budget and resources for legal matters to ensure efficient use of company resourcesCommunicate and liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates, recommendations, and guidance on legal mattersLead and participate in internal investigations, including conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and presenting findings to senior managementDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company standardsRepresent the company in legal proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations with opposing counselDevelop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholdersServe as a subject matter expert on complex litigation and investigations for the company, providing guidance and training to colleagues as neededContinuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to legal matters to ensure efficiency and effectivenessQualificationsJ.D. and minimum 15+ years relevant experience managing litigationExperience with litigation, regulatory directly or cross-functionallyExperience managing and leading a teamStrong communication skills, a passion for learning, effective at relationship building, ability to manage a large portfolio of diverse projects and issuesBenefitsBase Salary Range- $200,000-$350,000Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation.
