Overview Employer Industry: Public Utilities Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $165,300 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible work location within the Ohio service territory Chance to lead impactful training and coaching initiatives in a collaborative environment Contribute to safety and performance improvements in high-risk work activities Engage in a culture of open reporting and continuous improvement Responsibilities Lead the development and reinforcement of Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) curriculum across all business units Conduct formal and informal HOP training and real-time coaching for management and front-line workers Integrate HOP principles into technical training programs and employee onboarding processes Facilitate Learning Teams to identify system vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities Monitor and analyze HOP integration effectiveness and communicate findings to leadership Qualifications (What is Required) Minimum of 7 years of professional HOP work experience Strong background in leadership coaching and training for management and front-line employees Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or equivalent experience Proven experience leading causal evaluations and learning teams Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments Preferred Qualifications (How to Stand Out) 9 years in a utility industry environment, particularly in Gas, Electric, and Generation Thorough knowledge of compliance and safety issues within the utility sector Familiarity with organizational policies, procedures, and standards Advanced skills in stakeholder engagement and cultural change program execution #PublicUtilities #HumanPerformance #TrainingDevelopment #CareerAdvancement #SafetyCulture We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
