Litigation Associate

Job Title: Litigation AssociateBe among the first 25 applicants - Dunn Carney LLP is seeking a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience handling civil litigation. This position involves working on cases with complex commercial issues (business, corporate, real estate), product liability, construction defect, trusts and estates, employment, environmental, and personal injury, including wrongful death claims.The ideal candidate will have experience in both state and federal litigation, including drafting pleadings, client communications, arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations, judicial settlement conferences, arbitrations, and trials.We seek a self-starter engaged in their career development and committed to delivering excellent legal services.
