This position can be remote but must live and work in the US in Central or Eastern Time Zone only.The purpose of the role is to ensure new and existing ACI customers receive a first-class delivery service following customer expectations and contractual agreements. Primarily responsible for the configuration, integration testing, and supporting User Acceptance testing of the customers using company products, outsourced solutions and proprietary tools. Defines customer needs and develops a plan and proposal for delivery of the project. Viewed by customers as a consultant. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze client’s business needs and integrate client’s business strategies to recommend appropriate information technology solutions using ACI’s methodologies.Conduct analysis of corporate objectives, critical success factors, business functions and processes.Plan, integrate and manage the implementation of new technology.Support large, strategic and/or multiple projects as a senior technical expert.Support regional/product business development and sales efforts for a particular territory, industry or account.Maintain superior technical knowledge of the product set and assist customers with implementation to ensure successful product adoption.Anticipate risks and prepare mitigation actions; identify information needed to clarify risks and seek it from appropriate sources.Mentor, coach or train consultants by sharing business expertise.Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to corporate policies including the code of ethics and information security. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant fieldMinimum 8 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of retail and immediate payments industryExperience with implementation, configuration, and technical support of high-value money transfer and wires solutionsISO SWIFT message processing experienceStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to define and clarify technical tasks to implement a projectExperience in reviewing solution definitions and product requirement documentsAbility to build relationships at various levels internally and with customersExperience in delivery and software development tasksWire room experienceExperience in Real-time Gross Settlement (RTGS) or international money transfersHigh-value or real-time payments processing experience in a technical, customer-facing capacityKnowledge of scripting languages (or COBOL-like languages), Linux/AIX, Java, Oracle databaseKnowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks Seniority and EmploymentSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: ContractJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: Software Development BenefitsIn return for your expertise, we offer growth, opportunity, and a competitive compensation and benefits package in a casual work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
