Overview Join to apply for the Director, Compensation Strategies role at KPMG US. KPMG is a leading provider of audit, tax and advisory services. This opportunity sits within our Talent & Culture organization, focusing on compensation strategy for Advisory and related total rewards programs. Responsibilities Drive the compensation strategy for KPMG's Advisory business, acting as the primary compensation team liaison to Advisory's leadership team; develop, implement and communicate total rewards strategies and programs that support business objectives. Serve as an internal liaison and consultant on all compensation matters (day-to-day administration and year-end compensation cycle); collaborate with Advisory HR and Finance leadership to analyze complex problems and provide strategic or tactical compensation solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations to function leadership identifying issues and providing total compensation recommendations; interpret market survey results to establish funding requirements for various pay programs. Lead compensation efforts for all firm acquisition activities from due diligence through integration, and manage projects from design through implementation. Research new approaches to Advisory/consulting compensation and bring forward ideas for consideration. Qualifications Minimum twelve years of recent broad-based compensation experience in a business or financial services consulting environment or other high-growth industry. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Strong analytical, organizational, project management and influencing skills. Ability to think strategically and link action plans to critical business priorities. Excellent ability to multi-task on several key projects; strong oral and written communication skills. Strong PC skills including Excel, Access, or other database experience; PeopleSoft exposure is a plus.
