Overview Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $165,300.00 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible reporting location within the Ohio service territory Engage in meaningful work that promotes safety and performance improvements Supportive and collaborative work environment Chance to be a subject matter expert in Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead the development and reinforcement of HOP curriculum across all business units Conduct formal and informal HOP training sessions, both virtual and in-person Provide real-time coaching on the application of HOP principles and safe behaviors Facilitate structured Learning Teams to identify system vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities Monitor the effectiveness of HOP integration and communicate findings to leadership What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 7 years of professional HOP work experience Proven experience in training management and front-line employees Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or equivalent experience Strong knowledge and experience in HOP training programs and implementation Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate a matrixed organization How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) 9 years in a utility industry environment, particularly in Gas, Electric, and Generation Thorough knowledge of compliance and safety issues within the utility sector Familiarity with company-specific policies, procedures, and standards #PublicUtilities #HumanFactors #TrainingAndDevelopment #CareerGrowth #SafetyCulture "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
