We are currently seeking a Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team and fully embrace our commitment to deliver, grow and thrive.This role is contingent upon award.About the RoleAs a Data Analyst supporting our Federal government client in evaluating the Farm to School Grant Program, you will be trusted to focus on developing the study plan and conducting interviews and analysis with past grantees, as outlined in the client’s Evaluation Work Plan. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in FNS programs and recent, relevant experience in farm to school initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing the Draft Qualitative Codebook and contribute to coding framework design.Support analysis of grantee data to identify preliminary results and themes for the Draft Findings Memo.Contribute to the Final Findings Memo and Draft/Final Reports ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Federal client objectives.Prepare and format the Final Codebook and Dataset, ensuring documentation meets Federal standards.Collaborate with evaluation SMEs and project leads to synthesize data into actionable insights.Use Adobe InDesign and other reporting tools to produce high-quality, visually engaging deliverables.Carry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive.LocationRemote (U.S. only and must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KY, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI). You will work at the client site dependent on contract requirements.Required Experience/SkillsBachelor’s DegreeMinimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, specifically in Federal or public sector contexts.Demonstrated experience working with government datasets, including cleaning, coding, and synthesizing large volumes of data.Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, including thematic coding and statistical techniques.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other reporting/publishing tools.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, virtual team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.US citizenship and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability.Preferred Experience/SkillsExperience working with federal nutrition program datasets.Prior involvement in evaluations or reporting for farm to school or food systems initiatives.Experience contributing to federal or peer-reviewed publications.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, public policy, public health, education, or a related field.Don’t think you have everything for this role but are still very interested?
