The Project Management Team can vary greatly depending on the size and complexity of the projects, which in turn will affect the number of responsibilities the Project Engineer will be involved in. The Project Engineer must be a flexible and adaptable team player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.ResponsibilitiesSupport contract setup, submittals, and the bid package process.Assist with change orders and project scheduling as needed.Collaborate with the Project Management Team to align on project goals and timelines.Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.Qualifications1–3 years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence on issues related to contract notification provisions.1–3 years of experience reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the associated technical specifications; able to outline submission specifications for clients and ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved.1–3 years of experience with project closeout.Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar, or 8 years of equivalent experience.Our Investment in YouWe offer benefits that connect you to essential support, including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, guidance, and tools personalized to your needs to support you physically, financially, and emotionally.
