This is done by developing a winning team to ensure all clients and guests are receiving a 5 Diamond Experience.Reports To: Area DirectorResponsibilitiesEnsures the Fitness/Spa and Amenity spaces are operating effectively and in accordance with Property Management and/or Board of Directors' expectationsDevelop a monthly Calendar of EventsMaintain Client Satisfaction which will result in the retention of the ContractEnsures each client and guest receives a Warm Welcome and Fond FarewellRecruits, trains, motivates, supervises and mentors team members - leads by exampleEnsure that all team members are trained to react intelligently and quickly to any and all emergency situationsUse Company Approved Team Scheduler to ensure payroll budget complianceEnsures 5 Diamond Performance Standards are followed by team membersComplete necessary Payroll Tasks by Company deadlinesAlways looking for ways to “Wow” all clients by exceeding their expectations and striving to provide aggressive hospitalityComplete team member evaluations as required.
