Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yrDirect message the job poster from Talent Elite GroupOverviewPrestigious retail organization targeting an experienced VP Finance to join the growing team!Strong Compensation + bonus + strong benefits and work life balance!We are known for our superb positive company culture and friendly team!Vice President of FinanceTargeting a Vice President of Finance to lead both the Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect all accounting operations, ensuring robust financial reporting, adherence to internal controls, and alignment with applicable regulatory frameworks.Lead the end-to-end preparation and submission of financial reports, including quarterly and annual filings, in compliance with GAAP and SEC standards.Oversee monthly and annual close cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all financial disclosures.Establish and enforce accounting policies and internal controls to maintain compliance and enhance operational efficiency.Partner with departments including Legal, Finance, and Operations to resolve complex accounting matters and support cross-functional initiatives.Deliver strategic financial insights and recommendations to support corporate decision-making, capital allocation, and business expansion efforts.Maintain and enhance cost discipline through rigorous budgeting processes and financial oversight.
