We’re looking for a Commercial Director with the drive, network, and entrepreneurial spirit to spearhead our U.S. expansion. You’ll be the face of our business in the States, shaping strategy, winning clients, and driving growth. What You’ll Do Develop and execute our U.S. go-to-market strategy. Build lasting partnerships with biotech, pharma, and medtech companies. Drive revenue growth and hit ambitious commercial targets. Represent us at U.S. industry events and networking forums. Help shape and grow a high-performing recruitment team. Position our brand as a trusted partner in the U.S. Life Science sector. What We’re Looking For Strong track record in recruitment/staffing (ideally Life Sciences). Commercial experience in the U.S. market (or with U.S.-based clients). Proven ability to win business and scale new markets. Excellent network across pharma, biotech, or medtech. Entrepreneurial mindset – resilient, ambitious, and hands-on.
