As a Partner Development Representative (PDR) on the Alliances team, you'll be the first point of contact for identifying and qualifying services-led firms that align with Ramp's Partner Program. You'll help define how we engage and grow with partners to scale this motion long-term.What You'll DoSource and qualify new services partners through a mix of inbound and outbound effortsIdentify firms that specialize in ERP implementation, finance transformation, or business consultingEngage Heads of Partnerships, Services Leads, and C-Suite to introduce Ramp's partner program and educate them on opportunitiesBuild top-of-funnel pipeline for Channel Partner Managers through targeted outbound campaignsCollaborate with Channel Sales, Product Partnerships, and Sales teams to evolve our GTM playbook and drive qualified hand-offsMaintain and update partner and opportunity data in Salesforce and internal toolsWhat You NeedA builder/'s mindset and a passion for defining partner engagement as we growAbility to thrive in ambiguity and shape early GTM motionStrong written and verbal communication with a professional, consultative toneComfort speaking with senior-level decision-makers at consulting or implementation firmsExperience in partnerships, channel sales, sales development, or outbound salesFamiliarity with services-led partners like ERP implementers, business advisory firms, MSPs, enterprise consultants, or system integratorsCuriosity to understand a partner's business model and map Ramp's value to their client servicesOrganizational discipline to manage outbound motions and iterate quicklyNice to HaveExperience as the first rep or early team member in a new sales or partnerships motionExperience building outbound campaigns or messaging that sticksExposure to NetSuite, Microsoft, Workday, or Sage ecosystemsBackground in B2B SaaS, fintech, or consultingExperience at a high-growth startup with speed, ambiguity, and iterationFamiliarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Bachelor's degree from a four-year universityCompensation NotesFor candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range is $96,000 - $132,000.
