As the General Restaurant Manager your role combines fast food operational demands with the complexity of handling a full bar, broad knowledge of restaurant management, budgeting and personnel, as well as a deep understanding of Airport Regulations and logistics. You will hire, train, and lead staff, with a genuine commitment to delivering world class customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for travelers which reflect the restaurant’s high standards. If you are passionate about people than this position may be for you.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure strict adherence to all health safety, security and operational policies required with Airport Environment.Set and maintain high standards for customer service ensuring all guests receive fast, friendly and positive experience, addressing any concerns.Ensure all food and beverages meet company quality standards and food preparation is consistent being visually appealing and appetizing.Oversee our Full and Vibrant bar, introducing our specialty cocktails that captivate our guest.Maintain a safe, clean environment, and well organized facility, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times.Recruits, interviews and hires team members, motivates and trains, conducts performance reviews and takes disciplinary action when needed.Manage the FOH & BOH by ensuring proper staffing, adequate coverage of all shifts and proper training in procedures and policies to maintain all standards of service.Manage P&L, track sales and cost controlling Inventory, forecast product needs, while implementing strategies to maximize revenue and achieve profitable targets.Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management.Accountable for knowing and understanding the crew member handbook and CBA.Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays as we operate 365 days.QualificationsFood Manager CertificatePrevious restaurant management experience 3-5 yearsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS softwareAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent management and leadership skillsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to push, pull, carry up to 30 poundsFamiliarized with LOCAL UNION 2 #J-18808-Ljbffr
