This position will involve leading and managing enterprise and mid-market projects, as well as technical pre-sales support activities as required. You will be responsible for designing solution architecture, assisting with solution requirement definition, and ensuring processes are followed by all members of the project team. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn the latest Microsoft solutions in a fun work environment. In this role, you will interact directly with customers to provide software architecture, design, and operations expertise.ResponsibilitiesArchitecting and leading projects for various clientsWork with business leaders and various technical teams to understand requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven valueCreating functional design specifications and implementation plansProvide architecture review, and project milestone sessions for project sponsorsDelegate responsibilities and priorities to development staffEnsure project delivery processes are in place and being executedStaying updated on AI advancements, managing technical risks, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiencesProvide technical guidance, oversee technical design, and mentor development teamsEnsure solutions are efficient, scalable, secure, and adhere to high performance and accuracy standardsMinimum Requirements12 years of experience in a corporate environment, or 9 years of experience in a consultative environment preferred5 years of experience designing service oriented architectures4 years of experience designing database systems for applications (SQL Preferred)5 years of hands-on experience writing code (C# preferred)1 year of experience with distributed systems and designing microservicesExpertise and experience in implementing cloud-based SaaS and/or PaaS solutions5 years of experience using cloud providers (Azure preferred)Experience scoping projects and working with teams to successfully deliver on planBachelor's Degree or equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsHands on experience in Azure with a deep understanding of design for scalability, performance, and reliability in AzureAbility to own all stages of the development process: design, testing, code reviews, build processes, implementation, operational supportExperience with DevOps tools and processes such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker and KubernetesProven experience providing oversight for multiple, concurrent development projectsExcellent communication skills, with an ability to clearly and concisely explain risks, issues and architectural solutionsAbility to quickly learn new technologiesAbout ReplyReply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
