OverviewStaffing and Security Specialist at BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON INTERNATIONAL (U.K.) LTDLocation: McLean, VA, USKey RoleManage and track all personnel staffing, onboarding, offboarding, and security clearance activities. Coordinate with program leaders to identify hiring needs and connect with teammate Points of Contact (POCs), People Services, and other company and program resources to identify qualified candidates. Liaison with program leaders to slate internal and external candidates and teammates to ensure staffing and security actions are executed in a timely, compliant, and mission-focused manner. Coordinate personnel onboarding and offboarding to and from the program. Verify security clearances, track expiration dates, and maintain compliance with government and contract regulations. Schedule personnel indoctrinations, badging, and CAC issuance or return. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
