Senior SAP Material Requirements Planning Architect

Overview Job Description: Pay Range: $79hr - $88.89hr Responsibilities Analyze as-is MRP process and propose best practices, governance for streamlining and optimizing MRP. Lead root cause analysis of MRP exception messages and planning failures across plants and materials. Design and implement optimized MRP strategies, lot-sizing, and planning parameters to reduce exceptions and improve planning accuracy. Review and propose remediations to master data issues (Material Master, BOM, Procurement Types). Propose Engineering Change Order (ECO) best practice recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PP, MM, Demand and Supply planning) to ensure end-to-end supply chain integration. Develop MRP exception dashboards and KPIs for proactive monitoring. Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams. Required Skills And Experience 20+ years of SAP experience, with strong focus on MRP and MM. Proven track record in resolving large-scale MRP issues in complex manufacturing environments. Expertise in planning strategies, procurement types, special procurement keys, and stock determination. Strong understanding of integration with PP, MM, and advanced planning tools like O9. Hands-on experience with MRP Live in S/4HANA (preferred). Ability to analyze performance issues and optimize MRP runs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP Certification in MM or PP. Experience in Fortune 500 or large-scale manufacturing environments. Familiarity with Fiori apps for MRP and planning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
