Information Technology Project CoordinatorDirect message the job poster from Compunnel Inc.DETAILED STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Coordination - As-Needed at the discretion of the Project Director / Project Manager. Scope of work may include but not limited to the following:Provide analytical support and serve as the main point of contact and project subject matter expert to the Project Director / Project Manager, and Staff for the Phone System and A/V migration projects.Planning, Project Schedule Creation, Tracking, and Management; Quality, Scope & Change Management.Assist with overseeing project-related functions as-needed.Coordinate site visits and requirement gathering sessions.Document requirements for business processes and applications.Responsible for drafting agenda items and preparing and distributing meeting minutes.Stakeholder Engagement Management: Implement and oversee communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders.Monitor and report out on project status; identify and report out on project constraints, including advising and implementing mitigation strategies to help keep project milestone dates and schedules on track.Maintain records for system documentation.Develop end user communications plan.Possess intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.Advanced experience using Project Management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.).Demonstrated experience with documenting requirements for infrastructure migration projects.Demonstrated experience in Phone System, A/V implementations or equivalent technology implementation and migration projects.Required Experience:A minimum of six (6) years of written verifiable experience that demonstrates the Candidate has served as a Technical Project Lead, Technical Project Coordinator, Technical Project Manager or similar role for successful technology projects involving large scale (3,000 users, 100 or more rooms, 20 or more sites) assessment and deployment, and/or phone or telephony systems or similar technology migration projects for a large company or organization, ideally a public utility or government agency, with at least 1,000 employees.Examples of acceptable verifiable documentation includes:Reference letters for Candidate from clients where technical project work was performed with contact informationDetailed invoicesDetailed purchase ordersDetailed contractsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesGovernment Administration #J-18808-Ljbffr
