Our work is transforming how Supply Chain operates leveraging disruptive enabling technologies and making them more efficient and sustainable.What’s in it For YouAs a key player in our Enterprise Architecture team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to influence Process, Data and Technology transformation at Ecolab.Impact the success and adoption of our AI solutions and help define the future of Integrated supply chainExperience the best of both worlds with digital innovation at Ecolab: the agility and creativity of a startup paired with the stability and resources of a global leader.Our collaborative environment fosters innovation while providing the support and security you need to thrive.What You Will DoDefine systems strategy and capability roadmaps aligned with Supply Chain business strategy.Collaborate with peer architects to design and implement process and technology solutions with a focus on Supply Chain manufacturing.Guide and develop roadmaps with "Future of Work" adopting Industry 4.0.Lead and govern enterprise architecture in manufacturing defining use cases, system flows, hardware, platform and software architecture that meets performance, scalability, and security requirementsLead the evaluation and selection of technologies and services that align with business requirementsDevelop and maintain architecture standards and best practicesCollaborate across global enterprise architecture and platform architecture teams to gather technical requirements and provide architectural guidanceDrive the implementation of data governance, compliance, and security measures within multi-cloud environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision systems with hardware and software platforms, ensuring high performance and reliabilityConduct research on state-of-the-art recognition techniques and stay current with industry trendsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field10 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on Supply chain manufacturing, MES, process manufacturing control tools, SCADA systems and security2 years of experience designing and implementing complex shop floor solutions like AVEVA-PI, Plant Maintenance, Document Management, Quality management systems in a large-scale environment1 year of experience of cloud platforms and edge services in providers such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform4 years of data architecture principles, data management, and cloud-based data services and experience with best practices with cloud security, including network segmentation, identity management, encryption, and access controlImmigration sponsorship is not available for this role.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience with Industry 4.0, Smart Plant and MES technologies.Proven track record of defining and deploying AI/ML, Data Analytics in Integrated process & discrete manufacturing environmentsInterest in collaborating with partners outside of core team / organization including 3rd party software and hardware providersAbility to wear multiple hats and plug into different roles as trusted advisor to businessOpenness to experimental approaches typical of tech start-upsCompensationThe base salary range for this position is $161,800.00 - $242,800.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
