Reporting directly to the Vice President of Solutions and Services. This role is both strategic and hands-on—you will shape go-to-market strategies, drive consulting and implementation services, and collaborate across the business to accelerate revenue growth while serving as a trusted advisor to our customers.As Director, you will manage, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Architects and Engineers, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and guidance to deliver exceptional results. Your leadership will directly impact customer success, fuel innovation, and support Paragon Micro’s continued expansion in the IT solutions space.
