IT Systems Analyst

OverviewIT Systems Analyst - Hybrid, San Diego County, 3-4 days a week onsiteWe’re looking for an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join a growing team of technology professionals dedicated to building a world-class IT and Data organization. In this role, you’ll provide critical support for IT infrastructure, systems, and end-users while helping drive the deployment of secure and efficient technology solutions.This is a hybrid position based in San Diego County and reports directly to the IT Manager.What You’ll DoSupport the implementation and deployment of IT infrastructure and security systems.Maintain core technologies including Microsoft 365, servers, networking, firewalls, and VoIP.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Assist with administration of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and collaboration tools (Atlassian suite, SharePoint, Teams).Track and manage IT assets, licenses, and service requests.Contribute to intranet and website administration, including content updates.Provide AV and technical support for meetings and events, occasionally outside normal business hours.Partner with internal teams to analyze requirements and develop IT solutions aligned with organizational needs.Help define and implement IT best practices, policies, and user training programs.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (graduate degree preferred).5+ years of professional experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure support.Strong background in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud environments.Knowledge of networking, security, firewalls (e.g., SonicWall), and VoIP systems.Familiarity with service desk tools (Atlassian suite preferred).Solid problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.Excellent communication and project management abilities.Nice to HaveExperience with WordPress administration.Background in the energy sector or working with California state-funded programs.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation Technology, Engineering, and Project ManagementIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting, Utilities, and Services for Renewable Energy #J-18808-Ljbffr
