OverviewIt's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple concurrent IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.Develop detailed project plans and manage execution through standard project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation municate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders and senior leadership regularly.Ensure compliance with internal standards, data privacy regulations, and security protocols.Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party deliverables.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT PMO.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.5+ years of project management experience in IT environments.Proven success managing enterprise-level software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, or cloud migrations.Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a fast-paced, high-tech, or manufacturing environment.Exposure to ITIL processes and service delivery models.Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business platforms.Pay RangeP60-USA-1 :$108,800.00 - $155,400.00DisclaimerFinal base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
