You will be a self-starter responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into analytics solutions, and delivering high-impact dashboards. You will design intuitive dashboards using CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) and Tableau, leveraging data modeling, ETL (Recipes, Dataflows), SAQL scripting, and visualization best practices. A key focus is a user-friendly interface that supports quick learning, seamless navigation, and ease of use in creating and viewing dashboards.You will also act as a lead and trusted advisor, providing recommendations to guide the analytics product roadmap, training stakeholders to develop their own dashboards, and supporting a citizen-developer culture. Your role includes ingesting structured data from multiple sources, integrating it effectively, and ensuring stakeholders have actionable insights to drive decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for dashboards and analytics solutions.Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes (Recipes, Dataflows), and integrations to ensure accurate and scalable data ingestion from multiple structured sources.Deliver a user-friendly interface for dashboards and reports that enables quick adoption and easy use by organizational leadership.Design and deliver interactive dashboards with advanced functionality, leveraging SAQL, filters, actions, and drilldowns.Apply best practices in data visualization and storytelling to drive actionable insights and informed decision-making.Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to stakeholders, enabling them to independently create and manage dashboards.Act as a lead and trusted advisor, providing recommendations to drive the analytics product roadmap.Support Agile development cycles by delivering iterative, demonstrable solutions and fostering innovation.Support future integration of Salesforce Service Cloud with other external systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow and alignment with program requirements.Qualifications:BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.10+ years of relevant experience implementing technical solutions in an Agile environment.8+ years of specialized experience.Proven expertise with Salesforce CRMA/Tableau CRM OR Tableau, and data visualization.Strong proficiency in data modeling, ETL (Recipes, Dataflows), structured data ingestion, and SAQL scripting.Demonstrated success in building interactive, user-friendly dashboards aligned with business requirements.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a Federal environment, preferably DHS and/or TSA.Active DHS clearance, preferably with TSA.Additional certifications: Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional.5+ years of Salesforce development focused on Apex and Visualforce; 3+ years implementing in Platform, Service, and Experience Cloud.Clearance:Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government background investigation.
