Senior QuickBase Solutions Consultant/Developer Remote Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of QuickBase applications to extend the Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) for DC Child and Family Services. Design and implement complex integrations, especially with Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse, including large dataset pipeline configurations and pagination. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements, create process flow diagrams, develop user stories, design mockups, and manage user feedback loops. Streamline and automate business processes through iterative solution design, focusing on removing non-value-added steps and improving user experience. Produce advanced technical documentation, including design and configuration artifacts. Maintain mastery of QuickBase platform features and updates to optimize solution performance. Develop user interfaces using CSS and HTML with accessibility standards in mind for staff with special needs. Utilize Office 365 tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio (or equivalents) for documentation and presentations. Employ software development tools like JIRA, Microsoft DevOps (ADO), or similar for project tracking, custom queries, and dashboard creation. Manage code repositories using GitHub to ensure version control and collaboration. Leverage previous experience in Health and Human Services solutions and complex process environments.
