Our business is growing internationally, which emphasizes the need to build an unparalleled global team that inspires future scale through strategic solutions, innovation, mentoring, and tight-knit teamwork.The OpportunityThe Enterprise Architect will develop data architecture across the organization, providing expertise, and resolving conflicts in data architecture projects by analyzing business needs and managing the quality of deliverables created. You will drive alignment on data architecture principles, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that data capabilities are scalable and aligned with enterprise AI goals. You will report to the Vice President, Enterprise Architecture and Standards.The Day-to-DayDesign and evolve enterprise-level semantic data models, including logical and conceptual models, ontologies, and domain definitionsPartner with product, data, and engineering teams to define domain-driven data contracts that support AI, analytics, and operational needsCollaborate with governance, AI/ML, and metadata teams to support computational governance and automated metadata enrichmentEvaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarityBuild data architecture and applications that ensure reporting, analytics, data science, and data management and improve accessibility, efficiency, governance, processing, and quality of dataLead the standardization of metadata practices across domains, ensuring discoverability, lineage, and governanceEnable scalable and interoperable semantic layers across data platforms (e.g., Lakehouse, Knowledge Graphs, Data Warehouses)Provide strategic guidance on data modeling techniques (3NF, dimensional, Data Vault, RDF/OWL) and drive adoption of best practicesStrong collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with data product owners, engineers, data scientists, and governance teamsProvide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI modelsKnowledge of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) workflows and tools for deploying, managing, and monitoring AI models in productionYour Qualifications10+ years of experience with Data technologies (e.g., Databricks, Neo4j, Pinecone) and architecture2+ years of experience with Data-focused AI toolsExperience optimizing data, CI/CD process and tools, test frameworks & practicesExperience with ETL (Azure Data Factory/SSIS) and knowledge of a variety of data platforms and ingestion patterns including events and streamsProficient in SQL and experience with R, Python, or JavaScriptProficient in tools such as Purview, Unity Catalog, Erwin or other semantic/metadata platformsDeep experience with Microsoft Azure and their AI and data servicesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience through work experienceWhy Fisher InvestmentsWe work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
